Improving Transactional Communications at COUNTRY Financial

At my internship with COUNTRY Financial, I had the opportunity to work in their Customer Communications department.

 

In this position, I was able to revise, create, and eliminate over 60 different transactional communication documents, as well as discuss new multichannel communication opportunities beyond print letters.

 

These revisions show how I was able to remove jargon, comply with AP Style and provide information to the consumers in a digestible format. These letters are samples, meant only to showcase how a letter transformed from its original state, not any official COUNTRY Financial communication. Please download the files below to view them.
