Educational Video Content for
TikTok and Instagram Reels
As the Senior Social Media Specialist for Instant Brands, I was able to work directly with our Content Newsroom team to develop educational videos across platforms.

By analyzing the comments we receive from consumers, as well as the issues our Customer Care team assists them with, I was able to ideate helpful information that could be shared in an easily digestible format.

In addition to helping keep our consumers safe, these videos outperformed our traditional recipe content.

The first video, which showcases helpful tips for our Pyrex glass bakeware, received 941% more views than our other TikTok content, and featured a 3.54% engagement rate, compared to an average of 2.78% across other videos.
​
The second video, which follows a similar format for our Instant Pot electric pressure cooker line, had a 70% increase in views compared to the account's other Instagram Reels, and also received a higher engagement rate of 2.34% instead of the average 1.89%.
