Social Media Moderation
Through my rotation in SC Johnson's Digital Communication department, I was able to monitor and moderate comments on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
This rotation centered around maintaining SC Johnson's "A Family Company" reputation, which was tested during the height of the pandemic as we were confused with other companies and politicians suggested improper use of disinfectants.
